- Are there any figures available showing costs of outsourcing compared to a Brentford Dock Ltd in house solution as the London Borough of Hounslow have now done with their services?
- Why is there no plan for the Brentford Dock to be carbon neutral by say 2030?
- The heat pump solution for the heating issue may not be the best long term solution, what other avenues are being explored?
- Why are the roofs not sprouting solar panels and wind turbines which could power estate lighting and charging points for cars?
- Why are there no charging points as yet?
- Why has cavity wall insulation not been installed, was it considered at the time of double glazing contact?
- Why is there no surcharge for those who have not installed double glazing?
- Is there a register of Brentford Dock directors financial interests in regard to their activities involving or on behalf of Brentford Dock; declarations of gifts (e.g. Christmas hampers etc), donations (given or received) and corporate hospitality?
- What remuneration, per diems, gifts or licenses have those who have resided on the Brentford Dock board received over the last 10 years from Brentford Dock?
These 13 Questions were raised by residents of Brentford Dock, for the Brentford Dock Ltd board to address.
Brentford Dock shareholders and residents should feel free to be able to send inquires to the Brentford Dock board, their block director or to the chair.
These inquires should not be filtered by the characters in the office, nor by the chair to prevent the whole board from knowing the concerns of shareholders and residents regarding life on Brentford Dock.
