Veronica Wray and her Board made reference to a Brentford Dock “rogue board” in the 586 Brentford Dock Ltd. board meeting minutes.
Residents would be interested to know who were the members of this “rogue board” and what were the actions/activities undertaken by this Brentford Dock board that warranted a description of it as being “rogue”?
Were the participants of this alleged “rogue board” given opportunity to defend their apparent “rogue” activities, and how were these alleged miscreants brought to account?
What actions were taken by subsequent boards or shareholders against this apparent “rogue board” or its “rogue” Directors?
- Did members of this “rogue board” lie to, make false representations to, or deceive in some other way fellow members of this so-called “rogue board”; or was the whole board acting in collusion and as such were enablers to the activities to which the term “rogue” would allude?
- Did members of this “rogue board” threaten and bully fellow BDL board members?
- Did the Brentford Dock “rogue board” lie to and deceive its shareholders and residents?
- Was this “rogue board” or members of the “rogue board” rude and malicious towards shareholders and residents?
- Did this “rogue board” intimidate, bully, vilify and make threats towards shareholders and residents?
- Did the Chair of this “rogue board” hawk lies to fellow BDL Directors or to anyone else the Chair found expedient for their deception?
- Did this so called “rogue board” lie to and conceal information from authorities?
- Did this “rogue board” act with little or no transparency, oversight/accountability, potentially, therefore, providing itself with the environment for potential deviant activity?
- Did the “rogue board” or any member of this BDL board sanction the lying to, or participate in the deception of the Police or any other regulatory body?
- Were the Brentford Dock Ltd. board referred to in this way simply bad actors fabricating stories for their own personal gain or to the detriment of others?
Most of these questions could be legitimately put to the boards of Brentford Dock Ltd. Chaired by Veronica Wray and Mike Edwards Deputy Chair of Brentford Dock Ltd., in the knowledge that these activities are all pertinent to their current tenure.
What gives Veronica Wray, Mike Edwards and the Board that passed the aforementioned minutes the right to call any previous Brentford Dock Ltd. board “rogue” in light of their own behaviors?
Veronica Wray is only interested in private tenants as block director of Maurice court she has not the slightest interest in what council tenants want and never does anything for them she should not be block director
